Differently from the 'NME' double page spread, this double page spread follows a house style in that the text is either black, yellow and rarely red. Also, the text is covered twice by yellow shading which is part of the house style.
Another thing that is different about this double page spread is the topic discussed isn't just one main focus. Unlike the 'NME' double page spread, there is one main band being focused on whilst this one focuses more on individual famous people. This may be key as it targets a more broad market as it appeals to more music fans. This may appear in my music magazine as I think my magazine would benefit from this, having a larger audience.
Furthermore about the images, they are pictures of famous people that are actually in action which again is really appealing, as the readers feel they are actually watching them live.
The use of the rhetorical question; How does it feel to share the stage with Motley Crue? is effective as it reels the readers in and makes them feel as if they are the only person reading the magazine.
I like this double paged spread mostly because it puts specific words in bold, red writing which makes them stand out. I most likely will add this to mine as I want to keep the readers interested and hooked at what they are reading. This magazine is also really good n that it uses images that are interesting instead of being dull.
