Codes and Conventions Film_ X

This magazine is clearly for a niche audience as the image is very up forward. Aswell as this, i have used the personal pronoun in the main cover line to make the target audience feel one with the writer. Seeing as the masthead is in the left hand rather than the the left third, I decided to put the main cover line above the image to firstly make its appearance stand out and also to challenge the codes and conventions of a real magazine. I have also used a rhetorical question to appeal to audience as it makes it more intriguing. 
Like all magazine I have produced a a date in the bottom right hand corner purposely to ensure it doesn't interfere with any of the main conventions. I have also used a pug line to try and indulge the reader into buying the magazine. If they can see that there is tickets or movies etc to be won then they will more than likely open read the magazine to win what is inside.
